Returns

At Mary Georges, we believe every purchase should be made with confidence. If a product does not fully meet your expectations, we will gladly assist you with a careful and transparent return process.

30-day return period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• unopened and unused
• in its original, undamaged packaging
• accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products unfortunately cannot be returned.

How to request a return

Please contact our customer care team by email within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will then send you the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and processed, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used for the original order. Refunds are processed within 14 days at the latest.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different product, you may return your current item and place a new order.
