At Mary Georges, we believe it is important that every purchase can be made with confidence. If you nevertheless wish to return your order, we provide information below about your right of withdrawal and our return procedure.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the product.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return period after receipt of your order.

Notifying Us of Your Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You can do this by email or via our contact form.

You may use the official withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification concerning the withdrawal of your order before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, we ask that you return the product, where possible, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, products whose seal has been broken after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be returned.

You are only liable for any reduction in the product's value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Return the product as soon as possible, but in any event no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before this 14-day period has expired.

Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the products are your responsibility.

Refund

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs. This does not apply to any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will refund you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the products.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless you have expressly agreed to another payment method. We will not charge any fees for the refund.

Unfortunately, exchanging items is not possible. Would you like to receive a different product? You can return the current product and place a new order.
