At Mary Georges, we consider it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. That is why all products you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty.

What is the statutory warranty?

The statutory warranty means that a product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it. If a product does not meet these expectations or has a defect that was not caused by normal use, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

What can you do if something is wrong?

Have you received a product that is damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not function properly? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at care@marygeorges.com or via our contact form. If possible, include your order number and attach photos of the problem. This will enable us to help you as quickly as possible.

Our solution

After assessing your report, we will always look for a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, this may involve repairing or replacing the product, or another suitable solution in accordance with the statutory warranty.

Manufacturer's warranty

Our products are not covered by any additional manufacturer's warranty. However, the statutory warranty does not affect your rights as a consumer.
